This is a workshop that many of you have been asking for . . .

Part colour theory and part landscape painting - day one will be spent exploring colour, colour mixing, working with primaries, understanding, complimentary colours, secondary and tertiary colours, relationships between cool and warm colours, relationship between colour and value. We will explore a couple of very cool practical exercises that will make a huge difference to the way that you see colour and the application to your landscape paintings.

Day two will be spent working up a landscape and applying the principles learned on day one.

There will be multiple demos throughout the weekend and I will be sharing everything I know about colour and the process that I go through in making intuitive decisions while painting
